Hybrid Learning Format

The DBA program is delivered in a hybrid format designed for working professionals. Students complete most coursework online while participating in required on-campus academic sessions. Each semester includes one required in-person course, which typically requires one or two campus visits depending on the course schedule. This format allows students to balance work, study, and academic engagement.

Admission Requirements

1. Application form for admission.
2. $100.00 non-refundable application fee.
3. A brief autobiographical statement.
4. Official transcripts appropriate for the program: A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with GPA of at least 2.25 (on a 4.0 scale).
5. Application Essay.
6. Recommendation letters - from employers (2 or more).
6. Two recent photographs (for student ID).
